REM: The Good Years (1981-1996)

Eight years ago a friend sent me seven tapes consisting of his entire REM non-album track collection spanning 1981-1996. It’s a great bunch of music that includes most every tune REM recorded (beyond the regular album stuff) up until the point where I mostly stopped buying their music. A couple years ago someone converted each side of the tape to an MP3 and I’m finally getting around to splicing and dicing them up. The plan is to make a mix CD with 20-30 of my favorites.
