Last week on May 24th after a meeting with Bill Wendel (who I helped set up his initial set of company blogs) I suggested we record an impromptu podcast about the Real Estate Cafe’s “Bubble Blog” and his thoughts on an ongoing podcast series about the real estate bubble.
