For 24 years (2001 into mid-2025), sooz.com was a personal space. A home for my projects, photography, events, and whatever I was working on at the time. Now it’s shifting gears: the site is now home to Studio Sooz. A front door for my consulting and project-based work. When the blog returns, I’ll also write about my health and wellness expedition, online radio station, and photography.
The name is new. The work behind it isn’t. I work with entrepreneurs and teams to bring structure, strategy, and momentum to the projects that keep businesses moving — helping tune ideas, systems, and priorities so they actually work.
What Studio Sooz stands for
Studio Sooz is built on the belief that structure isn’t the opposite of creativity. It’s what makes meaningful work possible. I don’t use rigid frameworks or off-the-shelf systems. What I bring is sharp listening, practical strategy, and clear follow-through.
The work is collaborative, focused, and shaped by what’s real. Not just what looks good on paper. Whether we’re building from scratch or sorting through something midstream, I bring momentum, accountability, and calm in the middle of the mess.
The work behind it
I’ve led projects inside startups, digital agencies, nonprofits, and founder-led teams. My background spans digital operations, content and communications, and cross-functional tech project management. I’ve helped businesses streamline tools, clarify timelines, and move from ideas to execution. Often serving as both strategist and doer.
I’m also trained in agile project management and certified by the Scrum Alliance, which shapes how I approach collaborative work: flexible, people-first, and focused on no surprises delivery.
